Fuel With Purpose | Move With Power | Stay Exstatic

General

Exstatic Life is a personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching practice founded by Eric Killebrew, a U.S. Military Veteran. We help professionals, busy women, athletes, seniors, high performers, and veterans build strength, energy, and confidence through coaching that fits real, demanding lives.

Eric is the founder of Exstatic Life and a U.S. Military Veteran. He's an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Nutrition Coach, ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, OSHA 30 Certified, and a National Defense Service Medal recipient. His background also includes leading teams as a construction site superintendent, where he saw firsthand how repetitive tasks and poor lifting technique lead to pain and injury on the job — experience he now brings to helping tradespeople and construction crews move better, build strength, and stay pain-free at work. He brings discipline, resilience, and empathy into every client relationship.

We don't use one-size-fits-all templates, crash diets, or hype. Every plan is personalized to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle, and it's backed by education so you understand the "why" behind your program — not just the "what."

Not at all. Programs are built around your current fitness level and adjusted as you progress. Whether you're just starting out or training for performance, the plan meets you where you are.

Programs

Professionals & Business Owners, Women in the Workplace, Adult Lifestyle & Longevity, Athlete Development, High-Performance Lifestyle, the Veterans Wellness Program, Small-Group Training, and Rehabilitation.

Most clients start with a free consult so we can match you to the right program based on your goals, schedule, and stage of life. There's no wrong door — we'll help you find the right fit.

Getting Started

Book a free consult. We'll talk through your goals, schedule, and starting point, then build a personalized plan — no pressure, just a conversation.

We learn about your goals, current activity level, eating habits and nutrition, schedule, and any injuries or health considerations, then recommend the program and cadence that fits your life.

No. Depending on your program and location preference, we can work with what you have — a gym, a home setup, or bodyweight and outdoor training. As you advance, we'll reassess and adjust your setup as needed.

Sessions are designed to fit busy schedules. We'll work within your calendar to build a cadence that helps you reach your goals in a healthy, sustainable way.

Logistics & Policies

Both. We offer in-person and virtual coaching so you can train in whatever way fits your lifestyle.

Let us know your preferred location or area when you book your consult, and we'll confirm availability for in-person or virtual sessions.

Because every program is personalized, pricing depends on your goals, program, and session frequency. Book a free consult for a custom quote.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule so we can offer the slot to another client. If you've purchased a program with a set number of weekly one-on-one sessions (e.g., 2x a week), any missed session should be made up within that same week.

We aren't able to accept insurance directly at this time. However, some HSA/FSA plans do reimburse wellness coaching — check with your provider to see if you qualify.

Results & Approach

Timelines vary by goal and starting point, but most clients notice improved energy and consistency within the first few weeks, with measurable strength and habit changes building over 8–12 weeks.

Let us know during your consult. Eric is an ISSA Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and programs can be adjusted around injuries, mobility limitations, or medical guidance.

No. We focus on education and sustainable nutrition habits — not fad diets, meal-replacement plans, or supplement sales.
